March 2024. Understudying Joan in Love Song by John Kolvenbach at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company! Love Song is a quick-witted exploration of the countless complexities of love and the endless capacity of the heart. I did a scene from this play for my University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Senior Showcase, and it feels very full circle to come back to it now with a fresh perspective.

A Christmas carol

December 2023. A brand new adaptation of a Dicken’s classic at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park’s shiny new theater, adapted and directed by CPIP Artistic Director Blake Robison. Ghosts, puppets, dances, and carols at every turn. It was such a pleasure (and a Christmas miracle) to be a part of this holiday tradition!

Romeo and juliet

September 2023. Back Room Shakespeare Project. Serious actors. No director. One rehearsal. In a bar. What a gift for an actor to live so presently in the moment. Never again will Romeo and Juliet be told the way we did that night! We laughed, we cried, and we said a fond farewell to summer.
